1. Data controller

The data controller is Dott.ssa Giorgia Nadin (Midwife), Viale dello Sport 31, 33074 Fontanafredda (PN), Italy, VAT 01779490935, email [email protected], phone +39 351 404 8761.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. With similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, identifiers) they enable the site to function, measure traffic and — with consent — run marketing.

3. Legal basis & consent

Necessary cookies require no consent. All others (analytics and marketing) are set only after explicit consent via the first-visit banner; until then they stay disabled (Google Consent Mode v2 defaults to «denied»). You can change or withdraw consent anytime via «Manage cookies» in the footer.

Google Tag Manager is only a tag manager: it sets no profiling cookies itself but orchestrates the tools above according to your consent state (Consent Mode v2).

5. International transfers

Analytics data (PostHog) is hosted in the EU. Marketing data (Meta) may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Consent storage & proof

Your choice is recorded with timestamp, policy version and selected categories, kept for 12 months and also logged server-side as proof. After 12 months, or on a policy update, consent is requested again.

7. Managing cookies

  • Banner on first visit with equally prominent «Accept all» / «Reject all» and per-category granular choice.
  • «Manage cookies» footer link anytime.
  • Your browser settings can also block/delete cookies (this may limit some features).

8. Your rights

You may exercise your GDPR rights (Art. 15-22: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by emailing [email protected], and may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
