Exercise and relaxation in pregnancy: benefits and practical tips
A two-session program for moms and daughters to welcome the arrival of the first period calmly, through activities, play, and sharing.
A first period isn’t just a physical change; it’s an important milestone in every girl’s growing up. Experiencing it together, mother and daughter, can turn it into a treasured memory made of listening, trust, and sharing.
Together we’ll create a welcoming space to ask questions, clear up doubts, and talk about the female body simply, without embarrassment, and on a solid scientific footing. A chance to start a conversation that can continue at home, too.
Through two interactive sessions, we’ll discover together how the body changes during puberty and how the menstrual cycle works.

The program will be enriched with creative activities, games, and time for discussion, so you learn while having fun and build a greater awareness of your body.
This program is designed to strengthen the conversation between mother and daughter, creating a space for listening to each other and sharing. We’ll close with a small symbolic ritual to celebrate the arrival of the first period as a natural, important, and meaningful passage.
Because knowing your body means growing up with more confidence, independence, and self-respect.
The program includes two sessions of two hours each, for moms and daughters, in a small group that encourages participation, discussion, and a relaxed atmosphere.
It’s recommended for girls who are entering puberty or getting close to their first period.
Please bring a pencil case with scissors, glue, and coloring supplies.
Every journey begins with one small but powerful step.
