Exercise and relaxation in pregnancy: benefits and practical tips

A course that combines the art of yoga with the control of Pilates through smooth, mindful transitions. Ideal for toning your body, improving flexibility, and finding your breath again, always fully respecting your physical abilities. Suitable for everyone: men and women of all ages.
Elements drawn from yoga practice and Pilates exercises, linked together through smooth, harmonious transitions.
The aim of these sessions is to tone the body’s muscles and improve flexibility. We’ll work on stability and mobility, always in harmony with your personal abilities.
We’ll alternate strength-building exercises with fascial stretches, paying close attention to performing each movement correctly. Awareness of the body, the breath, and your “state of mind” will accompany the entire practice.
To ensure the highest quality and attention, classes are open to a maximum of 6 participants.
I’ve practiced the art of yoga for more than 20 years and I’m a certified ASI/CONI/FIF Pilates Matwork instructor.
I’ve studied mindfulness in a steady, systematic way. A student of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics, I’ve always loved movement, with a background as a gymnast and dancer. My academic path includes a degree in Education Sciences, a degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, and specialized training as a perinatal educator.
