Exercise and Relaxation in Pregnancy: Why Your Body Will Thank You (and What the Studies Say)
Exercise and relaxation in pregnancy: benefits and practical tips

A little nest to regain balance and muscle tone together with your baby, at your own pace. Discover the postpartum course with midwife Ester Vergolini: a safe, judgment-free space to restore your body and pelvic floor through movement and close contact.
“After birth, your body isn’t meant to ‘go back to how it was,’
but to be carefully guided toward a new shape.”
The postpartum period is a delicate phase of restoration and discovery. After the big changes of pregnancy, your center of gravity has shifted again and your muscles deserve special attention. We created this little nest so you can regain balance and muscle tone together with your baby, respecting the rhythms of your relationship.
With midwife Ester Vergolini, you’ll enter a space of deep listening and renewal.
In this course, your baby isn’t just watching: they’re right beside you, taking part and at the center of it all. We’ll actively involve them in the movements and poses, turning the practice into an ongoing dialogue of gazes, touch, and deep interaction.
Why will this course be good for both of you? The practice is designed to meet the real challenges of your daily life and to nourish your bond:
The attention you deserve: our small circle
We believe in the quality of the time we spend together. The group is small (6 mom and baby pairs at most) so you get personal attention, with every exercise adapted to your physical needs and your baby’s stage of development.
There’s no judgment: if your baby cries, gets hungry, or needs a diaper change, you’re in a safe circle where every need is welcome.
The course is led by Ester Vergolini, a professional who brings together skill and heart:
Midwife, Abdominal Therapy Practitioner, prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher (De Gasquet Method), specialist in prenatal and postnatal aquatic exercise, and professional health and social care educator in training.
With her, you’re in safe, expert, and highly trained hands.
