Exercise and relaxation in pregnancy: benefits and practical tips

We’ve created a space just for you, where your body, your emotions, and your baby are the only stars. No taboos here: every thought is welcomed warmly, free from judgment. Six 90-minute sessions to stop the clock, breathe, and find your bearings again.
𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦.
Did you dream of long walks with the stroller, just like in the commercials, only to find yourself celebrating because you managed a 4-minute shower and brushed your teeth before noon?
𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐛!
Some call it the 𝑝𝑢𝑒𝑟𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑢𝑚, and some, more honestly, call it “𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒 𝑓𝑜𝑔” where you can’t remember where you put your house keys, but you know exactly what time your baby last pooped.

• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝, 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐬. We explore this new world, between magical moments and those very steep climbs nobody mentioned in the instruction manual.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈: 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦, 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲). We wake the body back up and talk about getting back to sex without fear, so you can make yourself at home in your own pleasure again.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈: 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐆𝐨? Between intrusive grandparents, “vanished” friends, and a partner who suddenly feels like a roommate you only see at shift change, we look at how our bonds are changing.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐕: 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. We start moving again, gently. We stretch our muscles and honestly ask ourselves: “How is my body doing today?”
• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕: “𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭” 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬? For when your little one seems like a 24/7 koala and you’d like to understand why they need your touch so much to “survive” the world.
• 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈: 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. We end on a high note with a moment of gentle movement, heart to heart. A dance that does both of you good, in rhythm together.
𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬:
Each participant will receive a kit of materials for movement at home, plus some half-serious (but very useful) tips for handling life with a newborn without losing your sense of humor.
