Moving during pregnancy is an important way to take care of yourself and your baby, a key step in keeping your pregnancy healthy and in tuning in to the deep changes of this journey.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the leading international obstetric and gynecological guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week during pregnancy. Moving has been shown to reduce the risk of gestational diabetes and high blood pressure, for example, by up to 30-40%, significantly improving the mother’s physical and emotional well-being and the baby’s development.
Each session is shaped in the moment, tuned to the needs, experiences, and specific concerns of the moms-to-be in the room.
